Specification : |
· Oxygen, DA, Argon and CO2 gases Manifold along with gas pipeline. |
· 1/2” diameter SS tube with completely welded leak free joints for 10 kg/cm² and tested at 15 kg/cm² at a height of 4 meters from workshop. |
· Individual isolation ball valves, tapping point regulators conforming to EN ISO 2503, Flash Back Arrestors for Oxygen & DA which are BAM & UL approved and confirming to EN 730 & ISO 5175. |
· Pipelines fixed by suitable clamps. |
· Facility to check the line pressure of the system. |
· Joined by compression fittings. |
· Tested at 1.5 times of the working pressure and hold the pressure for 3 hrs. |
· SS304 double braided hoses with brass nut & nipples, designed for 300 bar working pressure and tested hydrostatically at 450 bar short springs at both ends and PVC coated anti whip wire all along the length. Oxygen service bend radius of 76 mm. |
· Fitted with control panel consisting of a Regulator on a stainless steel sheet. |
· Flash Back Arrestors mounted for line and Tapping points EN730 & BAM approved. |
· En ISO specifications. |
· Securing chains and cylinder bracket for each cylinder. |
· High flow rate with an Inlet pressure of 300 bar & Outlet pressure of 20 bar. |
